I provide individual therapy, family therapy (in the context of treating pre-adolescents and adolescents), and group DBT skills training.
The process usually consists of an intake/initial session where we will discuss what concerns bring you to therapy and your background history. We will arrive at goals for therapy which will assist with treatment planning. I will also provide you with feedback and outline recommended steps for continued treatment. Length of treatment depends on symptom severity, duration, and diagnosis.
