The first location was the Broward Youth Treatment Center, a Florida Dept. of Juvenile Justice residential facility for adolescents with conduct and co-occuring substance use concerns. I also worked at a private practice where I provided individaul therapy and psychological evaluations for Child-Net.
Since completion of my training I have worked at an Alternative Education Public School. I work with at-risk adolescent students and their families on a variety of behavior and emotional concerns. I conduct psycho-educational evaluations. I also consult and work with teachers, administrators, and district personnel on student behaviors and provide mental health trainings.
